FDR is in many ways to blame for the bombing at Pearl Harbor.
President Roosevelt had the resources and knowledge to prevent, or at least
prepare for, the tragic occurrence at Pearl Harbor, however chose not to
avoid the situation and submissively brought on the conflict. .... Part II of Essay

More evidence of FDR's desire to enter the war is present in his
efforts to help China, which he was well aware was Japan’s rival at the
time. While America claimed to be "neutral," the U.S.’s actions
