He brought 200 ancient Greek works from Constantinople to Florance, some of which have never been seen before. Another man, Giovanni de’ Medici, organized the bank of Florance. Which helped finance much of the trading be done at this time. Niccolo Machiavelli wrote The Prince which was a handbook for the rulers of the city states. It told rulers to choose a “realistic course of action”, to stay in power. ....
